The cauliflowers in oil are literally born and grown on the farm, grown and processed on site, adding extra virgin olive oil.
Furthermore, cauliflowers in oil have no products of animal origin and can be used to season pasta.
Where we grow
Our headquarters is Prea, a small Occitan village in the heart of the Maritime Alps, in the province of Cuneo.
We grow at 1050 meters above sea level, in an uncontaminated environment, strictly following the organic method
