A typical recipe of the poor Piedmontese tradition, Cognà is made from cooked grape must, quinces, pears, hazelnuts and walnuts and flavored with cloves and lemon.

Our sauces and jams are 100% natural, made only with our fruit and vegetables, which we grow with love and passion at 1050 meters above sea level, in a pure and uncontaminated environment.

Our headquarters is Prea, a small Occitan village in the heart of the Maritime Alps, in the province of Cuneo.
