Apricot jam : a classic in the morning on bread, with or without butter.

Excellent in the preparation of tarts or in combination with cow's milk or young pecorino cheeses, our apricot jam is produced between June and July.

Ideal for filling tasty tarts, brioches and biscuits, excellent for a snack or with yoghurt.

Our jams are 100% natural, made only with our fruit, which we grow with love and passion at 1050 meters above sea level, in a pure and uncontaminated environment.


Where we grow

Our headquarters is Prea, a small Occitan village in the heart of the Maritime Alps, in the province of Cuneo.

We grow at 1050 meters above sea level, in an uncontaminated environment, strictly following the organic method
