Wild Strawberry Jam is used in the morning on bread with or without butter, excellent in the preparation of amazing tarts
The wild strawberry jam, produced with wild strawberries harvested in our lands, remains with a sour taste, despite the fresh fruit which we know to be sweet.
It goes very well with fresh and not too tasty cheeses.
A curiosity, it is the only jam with the fruit inside cut into pieces and not pureed.
Our jams are 100% natural, made only with our fruit, which we grow with love and passion at 1050 meters above sea level, in a pure and uncontaminated environment.
Where we grow
Our headquarters is Prea, a small Occitan village in the heart of the Maritime Alps, in the province of Cuneo.
