Quince jam

The Quince Jam , which we prepare with apples from our farm, is excellent in the morning for breakfast, on bread or toast.

The quince, which is harvested in autumn, has an intense scent, so much so that in the past it was placed in wardrobes and drawers to perfume linen.

Here are some original ideas for enjoying quince jam: with fresh or blue and aromatic cheeses, such as Roquefort; with white meats, to which it gives a note of delicate sweetness; to fill tarts and biscuits, perhaps with the addition of spices such as cinnamon.

Our jams are 100% natural, made only with our fruit, which we grow with love and passion at 1050 meters above sea level, in a pure and uncontaminated environment.
