Chilli Jam, with its sweet flavor and very spicy aftertaste, goes well with fresh soft cheeses, such as robiola, crescenza or quark or with decidedly mature ones.
Our chilli jam, made exclusively with our chillies, is suitable for the preparation of exquisite finger foods: just a thin layer on toast with your favorite ingredients, such as vegetables and cured meats.
Don't forget to combine the chilli jam with meat or fish: excellent with boiled meat, sausage but also with chicken meat, for example baked or grilled wings or grilled fish.
Our jams are 100% natural, made only with our fruit, which we grow with love and passion at 1050 meters above sea level, in a pure and uncontaminated environment.
