Plum Jam in the morning on bread with or without butter, is excellent in the preparation of tarts, for filling croissants and sponge cake or garnishing biscuits.
To try with polenta or to accompany sweet cheeses or ricotta-based desserts, plum jam surprises you when mixed with yogurt or sprinkled on ice cream.
A recipe for amazing finger food: toast the bread, spread the plum jam and add some strips of raw ham previously sautéed in the pan with a sprig of thyme. Let us know if you liked it!
Our jams are 100% natural, made only with our fruit, which we grow with love and passion at 1050 meters above sea level, in a pure and uncontaminated environment.
