Beans in Oil are used as an appetizer or as a side dish.
100% natural, without foods of animal origin, without preservatives, acidifiers or artificial flavours, the beans in oil are prepared entirely by hand, shelling the freshly picked fresh beans by hand
The beans in oil are literally born and grown on the farm, grown and processed on site, adding extra virgin olive oil and can be used to season pasta.
Where we grow
Our headquarters is Prea, a small Occitan village in the heart of the Maritime Alps, in the province of Cuneo.
We grow at 1050 meters above sea level, in an uncontaminated environment, strictly following the organic method
