Primrose pesto is also very good with croutons, to create delicious aperitifs.
The "primula vulgaris" or "acaulis" is a perennial plant that belongs to the primulaceae family and blooms between February and March. We collect primroses in our Ellero Valley, of which we use the entire plant, after having carefully cleaned and washed it.
Our pestos are 100% natural, made with the highest quality ingredients, which guarantee a carefully looked after and controlled product right from harvest.
Where we grow
Our headquarters is Prea, a small Occitan village in the heart of the Maritime Alps, in the province of Cuneo.
We grow at 1050 meters above sea level, in an uncontaminated environment, strictly following the organic method
