Courgettes alla Costanza are harvested, cleaned and cut by hand and are cooked for you with a light and appetizing basil-based sauce
They can be enjoyed as a side dish or as a ready-made appetizer.
Where we grow
Our headquarters is Prea, a small Occitan village in the heart of the Maritime Alps, in the province of Cuneo.
We grow at 1050 meters above sea level, in an uncontaminated environment, strictly following the organic method
